UPDATE: Amazon Autoposter no longer works. Something to do with that techie API stuff. I may check this out later but not sure. Was cool when it did work. A real time saver. Hopefully the creator will update or fix this.

If you are an Amazon Affilitate you are going to love this new WP pluggin - the Amazon Autoposter. The Amazon Autoposter is a nifty little pluggin that lets you add niche related Amazon product reviews automatically to your blog.

But that’s not the best part. You can set up to 16 reviews to  automatically post fresh content every day, every other day or up to every nine days. Imagine! You could have auto posting posts posting to your blog every day.

Amazon Autoposter is a free and easy to use plugin for WordPress weblogs that allows users to post products from Amazon.com on their blog automatically on any keyword they specify and earn money using Amazon’s affiliate program.

Requirements:

Amazon Autoposter has only been tested with the newest WordPress 2.7 but it will probably also work with earlier versions. Just give it a try! Your host will however need to have cURL enabled for it to work. PHP5 is also required.

Amazon Autoposter is free, but will place a link to the authors sites about every 15th post it makes. If you don’t agree with this please do not use this plugin.

Important:

Be sure to click “Save Options” after entering your Affiliate ID and BEFORE adding posts or your links won’t be tracked correctly!

Don’t make this mistake like I did…   I decided to check out the pluggin with this old forgotten domain name. Everything was going well, I had 100′s of post ready to post, I was set. UH huh.  After all that hard work, I realized that I didn’t click SAVE before using!  By this time I had built up my future posts to close to 100.. I had great keywords, keyword rich posts and thought I was the coolest blogger on the planet. But I didn’t save!  All that hard work down the toilet as I realized that it wasn’t MY Amazon ID that was posting.

After going back to the WP pluggin site I discoverd what I had done. So, I deleted every post to start over. Bigger mistake!! I realized that deleting all those posts wasn’t going to work. The pluggin had already downloaded the posts and wouldn’t re-post again. They where showing up as ‘duplicates’ So I was screwed…

So don’t make this mistake!!!!   If you do you will have to go back through ALL of your posts and change the Amazon ID. What a pain in the you know where, expecially if you have hundreds of posts built up.

BUT, This pluggin works wonderfully! I have a blog that I haven’t been updating lately and it sorta went to the back burner. (Shame on me) I’ve been using Amazon Autoposter pluggin on this site and the pluggin works perfectly!
